How much pad to stand by for post partum bleeding? Thanks!

If you had episiotomy then I would say be prepared to keep changing pad because it would be soaked. Mine was so bad first 2 days, luckily I was using disposable undies so can just discard away due to leaking

It really depends on individual. The initial part for me was more.. worse than having menses 😅
