I waited for my gynae’s green light. I had appointment 3 months after birth and she said im all healed can jog all. But some say still need to be careful of the internal wounds 2months after birth i focus on going for walks because it still hurts when i walk too fast. And i gradually increase my speed accordingly. It’s ok to not snap back as fast as you want it to be. Healing properly is more important bc risking it will just add another trouble. Take your time!

are you open to getting a trainer? I did it though and still following through. you can use my trainer. he is giving a good rate now
