How old and how heavy is your child? How many feeds a day do you give your baby?

At this age, although babies are variable, the stomach may be able to take 30-60ml at a time. Because baby’s about 3kg, the daily milk requirement is between 450-600ml (150-200ml/kg/day). Feed baby on demand, looking at the hunger cues. Sometimes they do cluster feeding, like wanting to be fed every 30 minutes, then later having a longer interval between feeds eg. 3 hours. The stomach capacity will increase again over the next few weeks, so if baby’s finishing the milk really quickly and still wants more, you can start increasing the feed. But keep burping baby and watching for regurgitation.
