Number of kids and why

i have 4 kids and number 5 on the way i have 3 boys and a girl and a nother girl on the way

Just one.I had a worrisome pregnancy and a traumatic child birth delivery due to pre eclampsia

2 will be a ideal one as they will have each other acompany. I am hoping for 1 girl n 1 boy .
