Ideally, you should be drinking 8-ounce (x3) glass of milk each day, or alternatively, eat a variety of other foods that are rich in calcium such as yoghurt, cheese, dark leafy greens (such as kale and spinach), almonds and calcium-fortified orange juice. To reduce the amount of saturated fat in your diet, opt for skimmed milk whenever you can.
