Eat the right amount of food, eat healthier and cleaner. Pati sa drinks. Iwasan ang sugar/sweets/junk & unhealthy food. Not because Ikaw at baby mo, 2 serving na agad. Remember, maliit pa yan. You don’t feed the same amount of food sa adult and baby, right? So do the same lang din. Eat in small portions and drink lots of water. Before Kumain, 2 baso. Tapos during eating, magwater ka rin. I will be on my 32nd week on Friday, 70kg ako. My pre-pregnancy weight is 55kg.

Check po kung anu ano yung mga kinakain nyo. Kung mataas sa carbs, pwede bawasan tapos more gulay and fish. Tapos lakad lakad ng konti
