How long did you use a changing table for? When did you upgrade to using something else and what do you currently use to change lo?

I didn't purchase a changing table. When my baby was a newborn, it was easier to bring the mat to the baby than the other way round. When she was slightly older, we placed an IKEA inflatable changing mat on top of a chest of drawers which functioned like a changing table. The mat is cushioned with foam and safe for baby. It even doubled up as a baby napper for a while. There are many ways you can change your baby's diapers at a proper height. You could get a cot top changer, place a mat on top of a dresser or just change him on the bed.
