Waening pacifier

How do i wean off my 13m from pacifier? She have been so dependent on it and using it always especially during sleeping time. Also if i place her in childcare in future, will they allow pacifier?

same i have same issue with my 13mo, it drops at night multiple times and he wakes crying for it
