Tips for weaning off pacifier

Hi mummies, any tips for weaning off pacifier? My 14m only uses it for sleep and refuses to nap without her pacifier even though she’s extremely tired :( She will be going playgroup next year and teacher informed us that we need to wean her off pacifier.

some people pretend the pacifier is lost or fake it falling somewhere in front of the kid. some cut a small hole in it so it feels odd when sucking, some do it in lemon juice so it tastes funny. you can try these!
