To introduce, make sure na maliwanag ang room sa araw when baby is sleeping, open ang curtains or lights.
Then sa gabi, as soon as gumabi na dim light na lang kahit gising pa siya.
This will help change baby’s sleep pattern esp kung nagi-start na siya maging active at 1 months old.
Brightness and darkness helps brain produce hormones to trigger the baby to wake up or feel sleepy.
Gawin mong boring ang gabi, by dimming the room you’re making the room boring dahil wala siya makita masyado.
Then in the morning, bukod sa magpaaraw, labas mo or padungawin mo sa bintana para mapilitang magising.
Other ways to entertain baby at night besides milk and music, are hele/isayaw by swaying side to side, katanahan, kausapin or (age appropriate) laruin, but keep the room dim. Then itong mga activities na to better gawin sa umaga.
