How do I know whether it’s false alarm or legit time for real labor?

Braxton hicks comes and goes and it will go when you change position ie. from sitting to lying down. The pain is like cramps. Contractions comes in intervals like in 2-10 mins. The pain is intense and it will not go away no matter how you change your position. Pain comes from the back to the front and feels like your insides are being forcefully pulled and you feel as if you wanna poop so bad. May come with bloody show or before your waterbag burst. Count the intervals. Head off to the hospital or call the ambulance if the pain comes in every 5 mins. No need to wait till 2 mins cos you'll never know if you'll start to be in labour on the road.
