Hi mum, so you have a young kid, a pre-teen and a teen at home! wow :) my younger one is the same age as your youngest, so i can definitely help you on that. i guess at this age your child is at the highest IQ and development stage. as a result, it is very important that you spend enough time with the young one. also, kids have a tendency to follow their older siblings, so you will have to explain this to your older kids. at 4 years of age, your youngest is highly prone to pick up habits and such. my kids haven't really hit their teens yet, so I won't be able to give you a personal experience suggestion on that. but some relatives do have teens and i can also talk about my own experiences as one. during the pre-teen and teen years, your kids will come across a host of other kids. this is also the time when kids get most influenced and affected by peer pressure. as a parent, you should definitely talk a lot to them to understand what's going on in their lives. also, start placing trust in them and tell them that you are proud of them and believe in them. when they realize how much parents value them as kids, and how much faith you have put in them, they will try to give more importance to family values and such. also, make time together as a family and ensure all your kids feel connected, loved and appreciated :)

Ty neeta but sometimes time mgt.with three isn't possible what should I do for that

I think, kids, ageing 14, and 12 would be company for each other and they can spend the whole day chatting if allowed, else you can give them books to read. And for four year old, I think you can stock up colouring books, as kids this age like to colour a lot. Atleast my kid really is fond of it. Or the kids 12 and 14 can keep the child engaged. My niece is 14 and when my daughter, 5 and his another cousin 6 are together, she keeps these little ones busy with her. I do not know how she does the trick but they love to hang around with her and she also doesn't get bothered, atleast for 2 or 3 hours.

wow, 2 teens and a kid...you definitely don't have any time to do anything i am sure :) i suggest let your 12 and 14 year old take care of more responsibilities and form a team. show them that you trust them with a lot of things and also encourage them to be an example to the youngest one.

Hi, I think for kids 14 and 12, you can have let them be on playstation, and get some books for them. For four year old, you can get games, like blocks, dough activity, origami, and pop up books or bath books for him.
