hi mommy... i have a lil tips for diabetes : 1) u can have oats, peanuts, bread, yougurt. 2) cut down rice - a small bowl size perhaps, dont consume instants noodles 3) say bye2 to sugary food, fruits & juices 4) eat more fish, meat, vegetables as kacang panjang, bendi, bayam.. its helping much.. 5) dont skip your meal time 6) eat frequently but in small portion can help you to avoid feeling hungry. i usually take peanuts as my snacky.. avoid kacang parang..
