How do I delete my account in here?

How do I delete my account in here? I had a misscarriage and lost my baby at 12 weeks ? and sadly there is no reason for me keeping this app no more. Thank you all for all the advices and help that I've got from this app to have atleast take care of my baby in short period of time. ?

Nakunan din ako nung may 2019 sis pero ginamit ko padin tong apps. , nakatulong din tong apps kc nabuntis ako ulit tsaka nagkaidea para sa mga bawal at pwede gawin 😊😊 26weeks&2days
