Kale is one of the healthiest veggies you can put on your plate, especially for young ones . Kale is rich in Vitamin C, Iron ,vitamin B-6 and magnesium . Im not sure if anong counter part of that dito sa pinas . Sharing to you the recipe i got online @www.health.com
