How do you discipline your kids? Or how do you talk to them when they disobey you?

First i have to review what I expect and how reasonable it is. THen i tell the child eg at mealtime what i expect, in public places, how much handphone use etc. Then i help her to obey by reminding and training her self-control. Even yougn children should be given reason.
