I go to the bed room.. I pray and sleep.. pag gising ko Wala na Yung sadness.. 😁
I reread my favorite books and try to meditate. Nakakatulong naman po

I do sit back and relax with foods. I stop overthinking.
Hugging and kissing my baby will ease my sadness.
