PEDIATRIC VACCINATION

How would you celebrate Christmas during the 2nd year of Pandemic? Do you know that COVID Vaccines are now available for aged 12-17 years old? Some parents were at their breaking point. The children had been isolated in the safety of their homes for almost 21 months. As were getting closer to how we used to and bring back the kids to malls, going out wherever they want, being with their families and friends, but first they need to get protection. How would we do that? One of the best thing that we can give to our child/ren is by getting them vaccinated, not only for their protection but also for the community. The DOH reminds everyone covered in the Pediatric A3 Group to first secure a vaccination schedule with the hospital and bring the following on the day of vaccination: 1. medical certificate detailing the child' s comorbidity, 2. valid IDs of both the child and the parent or guardian, and 3. any proof of filiation like the birth certificate. The vaccine recipient must also be accompanied by the parent or guardian at the vaccination site.
