How can I sleep better as a new parent?

1. No caffeine ever- no matter how tempted you are. 2. Set the temp of the room to 20-22deg, 3. Try white noise and maybe some meditative chants or mantras. 4. Snuggle inside a blanket in comfortable clothes and read a book. With the exhaustion that comes with being a mother, you should doze off to bed pretty soon.
