Boost milk

How to boost milk again after never pump for so long from 120ml to 10-20ml due to work thats why no time to pump until milk lesser.. Now I want to make my milk more again but how? I drink plenty water and fenugreek still no result.. 😭 I need help as formula so expensive,

Fenugreek may increase or decrease supply… I wouldn’t take the risk. The only way is to keep pumping & latching(even if nothing is coming out) as our body works on demand & supply. If you skip pumping, there’s no demand, hence no supply…
