Keep clean baby

have you tried using drapolene or any diaper cream? when he does no. 2 i will always wash and pat dry, air it out abit, thn use the cream. if no.1 i just change use wet wipes no cream. (i just use the cream after washing his areas, bathing of poop e.g) also must change diaper often to avoid rash. bathing wise i bath him twice a day. pat dry. powder/lotion. any balm or oil. if that answers your question.
