You can apply via the link below as early as 8 weeks before the child is born (Estimated Date of Delivery) or after the birth registration. https://www.babybonus.msf.gov.sg/parent/web/enrolment-instruction Hope this helps! :)

My husband and I use SMS OTP to log into Singpass, as we don’t have the physical token. I trust that would work. Afterall, only one needs to apply for the baby bonus and spouse will receive sms to log in to verify details to proceed.. :) We also downloaded the app “Moments of Life”. You can also register for baby bonus via that app. Pretty straight forward.
