Ultrasound
How accurate is Ultrasound ?Because my last menses was 3 days and i did not had any sex after a week but Ultrasound shows that my baby is older and it is near impossible .Please i need your help

Can't get any more accurate except cut open and see. We also had same situation as you. Confirm was menses as we know the difference from spotting, but definitely pregnant; kid is out alr. We saw it as a blessing; strong resilient baby. Congrats!
