It definitely helps when you know the hotel from before which gives you idea about their services and what all you not need to worry about

The brand, but even then it can be hit and miss because hotel brands franchise out their name – so standards are never universal.

I don’t really spend much time in hotel, it just a place for me to rest. So price is the first thing I will consider

It should generally be kid-friendly or offer services geared towards children, and have the best value for price

And convenience...eg near malls, centralised area

Service, experience, price and accessibility

Hotel with good service is really important!

When I really like the service and ambience

Will definitely go again for the service.
