Vaccine Anxiety

To be honest, even if I believe in vaccination, I still have my share of doubts and anxieties related to it. What if I get adverse side effects? What if I am allergic to it? Vaccine anxiety is real. And just like other forms of anxieties, there are ways to overcome it. Glad I watched Ask Me Anything FB Live at The Asian Parent PH's Facebook Page, where Dr. Jerome Go, psychiatrist at the Chinese General Hospital & Medical Center, shared to us how to overcome vaccine anxiety. Here are the tips I learned from the webinar: • Listen to reliable and accurate sources. • Seek reassurance from experts. • Maintain personal preventive actions like handwashing, physical distancing and wearing of face masks and shields. Vaccines are a hot topic in the United States. Now for 3 dollar deposit casino I will click https://gamblizard.ca/deposit-bonuses/deposit-3/ website. Many people are concerned about their safety and efficacy, and some people believe that vaccines cause autism or other diseases. But there's no good scientific evidence for these claims. Vaccines are safe and effective when used as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
