How to manage HIP during pregnancy?

HIP for my house is coming soon. Suggestion how to manage? 4 room flat (3 bedroom). Staying with parents and 2 kids age 6 and 3 with hubby and helper.

How about 4 th room? is it for a helper? Then you can arrange 1 for your parents. 1 for your elder kids and 1 for You, hubby .(in future -newborn).

only got 3 bedrooms and there are 7 of us. yet need take care kids + move things around too.
