37th week and has bloody discharge or is it bloody show?

Hi, hingi lang po advice to other pregnant mommies out there. On my 37th week na and recently im having cramps like pain and may nalabas din na bloody discharge sa akin. Galing akong hospital yesterday and they said 2 cm pa lang ako. This is my first pregnancy po. I dont know what to do... should I endure the pain and monitor muna at home or go back to the hospital. Is this labor already? Help!!!
