Philhealth dependent

Hindi na active yung philhealth ko and currently, hindi ako nagttrabaho. However, yung husband ko regular naman ang contribution and listed ako as dependent. Magagamit ba namin yung philhealth benefits nya sa panganganak ko? If not, can I still do anything about my own philhealth? Thank you
