Unable to latch

Hiii all, FTM here with 3 weeks old baby. Feeling sad and depressed that I'm unable to latch my little one. Had consulted a LC but its still the same. LO is fussy and hard to latch for me with flat nip. Anyone feeling the same ...

Same.. Feeling depressed that I can get my LO to latch on properly. She's using mine as pacifier. I have flat nips too. Are LC free?
