ang iron supplement mas naabsorb sya kapag walang laman ang tyan..pero kung sikmurain ka pwede naman may kinaen. yung medcare dapat may kinaen..magkaibang oras mo lang inumin

Ako after breakfast ko iniinom yung medcare OB, tapos after dinner yung ferrous.
