Active baby

Hihi,I am a petite size mom. My baby now 8.5kg. How do u all manage baby who are active? When I change his diapers especially when he poop,he will struggle. I need to hold and faster settle. Everyday doing these is draining and tiring. My husband also helping me but in the end his back hurts alot over time. How u manage? Thank you.
