Can try Drypers or some local house brands, or maybe Tesco? As for wipes, some of the random korean/china brands on qoo10/shopee sometimes have very good prices. I like Infanity (bought on shopee during flash sales), a Singapore brand. Quality and price are good. For diapers, I usually wait for sales online, then buy in bulk.
