Exercise talaga Sis! Mahirap man i-push yung sarili to start doing workout, once na you decided to do it, kailangan mo lang ng matinding discipline. Makakatulong na motiviation siguro if you create a mood board of the things you want to wear or the ideal body type you want yours to develop as soon as you do the exercise para maging motivation mo siya araw-araw.
