Hellooooo, 8w preggy. last few days super nahihirapan ako matulog sa gabi. Haha. Kasi nakakatulog ako sa ualmaga, ano po ba ang magandang gawin para makatulog agad sa gabi? asking for advices po. Salamat!♡

You could avoid taking naps or try relaxation techniques like deep breathing before going to bed :)
