Hi mga mommy! Familiar ba kayo sa m2 drink? Pahingi nman ako suggestion on how to drink it properly and effective b talaga sya to increase milk? Thanks.

may instructions sa bottle mommy. i drink 1 glass a day. effective sakin. i drink mine cold. :)
