Hi mga mommy! Familiar ba kayo sa m2 drink? Pahingi nman ako suggestion on how to drink it properly and effective b talaga sya to increase milk? Thanks.

Yes familiar po. Hindi ko pa siya natry pero iba iba naman po ang effect sa mommy try mo po. Iinumin lang siya parang juice

may instructions sa bottle mommy. i drink 1 glass a day. effective sakin. i drink mine cold. :)
