breastmilk storing

hi mga mommies tips naman po on how to store bm. working kasi ako and nag pupump ako sa office i store my bm sa insulated bag. pag uwi ko sa bahay pwede ko ba sya ifreezer or sa ref lang sya ilalagay? thanks
