Hi mga mommies Natural ba o safe ba yung pag stretching ng body habang natutulog? Napapansin ko kasi everynight while sleeping nag uunat ako and na fo-force yung tummy ko. I am worried kasi first trimester pa lang ako pregnant.

Ay safe naman siya. Problem lang if may dry skin ka sa belly medyo parang nagiging cracked siya lalo. Shea butter worked for me :)

I think safe naman kasi even (prenatal) yoga is okay for pregnancy.

I think natural lang sya and hindi naman masama sa pregnancy.
