hi im 30 weeks pregnant , and everyday may nakikita akong prang butil ng asukal s both nipples ko, good indication po ba ito na meron n ako agad breast milk after ko manganak??, gusto ko kc magpa breastfeed TIA ;)

baka po mommy, best to check with OB. avoid stimulating yung breasts para hindi po mag-contractions.
