Yes, Lav. Not good for kids ang baking soda to clean the teeth. I just asked my dentist last week and he said I can use it to whiten my teeth pero no need to mix it with water or toothpaste. Pure baking soda then rub it to your teeth using your toothbrush but rinse immediately.
