sadness

Help, 7 months pregnant po ako at laging malungkot. Lagi din ako stress. Best way to cope up stress/sadness po ? Wala po epekto sakin mga movies/clips to lift up my mood. :(

Pray ka mommy and always talk to people who uplift you. Pwedeng si hubby mo o family mo o friends mo. Pwede din kausapin mo baby mo.. try writing a journal of your plans or visions of her.. or do a hobby like if you like gardening or cooking.. stress lang yan... tao tayo. Tayo may control sa buhay naten.
