Helloo preggies May I know kung anong vitamins tinitake nyo for calcium? Like mine is calcibone from my doctor prescription

I'm taking POWER TRIO (Fern d, fern activ at milkca) ng ifern po. Ung fern d(vitamin d), fern activ (more on po sa nerve) and milkca (for bone).

Calcimate po sakin mami.
