endometriosis while pregnant

hello po, sino dto may endometriosis din before mabuntis? normal lang ba mawala lang to bigla as in clear sya without medication na naganap , kasi yung sakin bigla nalang nawala then nabuntis ako, worry ko baka may epekto sakin . im 2 months pregnant na. TIA
