Hello parents, anyone of you uses totseat? What is your opinion on them eg. Safety, Convenience?

I used this before and it is very convenient whenever I can't find baby chair when we dine outside. However, at home we have a baby chair for baby to sit on and not using this. In my opinion, it is under usage as most of the eateries and restaurants in Singapore provide baby chair or booster seat.
