Milo is ok pero puno din ito ng sugar so baka lalong lumaki yung tummy ninyo. Usually the OB would recommend to lessen salt and sugar intake kapag ayaw mong lumaki masyado at yung baby.

ok lng naman sya as long as hndi naman masyado matamis pkaka timpla mo. pero syempre mas ok pa dn kung mg anmum ka.
