Hi po ask ko lang po ano po mga need na checkup bago mag ultra sound? 5 months na po ako and first ko palang magpapacheck up

punta ka po sa ob mo hingi ka request form for ultra. or may mga clinic na din na d na need ng request. then pakita mo sa OB mo yung result
