Manual breast pump

For me my Spectra was way too intense and painful for the first week or so. Even though more time consuming I used a manual breast pump and Hakka. I still use them, worth the investment if you’re planning to exclusively breastfeed your baby

Nope. I used the electric breast pump as my breasts were gorging. It's good to own both a manual and electric breast pump if you intend to BF for a significant period of time.

I used the electric pump within the first few days (after the supply had come in) without issues

Hakka wont reap much during first few days. Did hand express.
