Manual breast pump

Any recommendations of a good manual breast pump? I’ve already purchased Spectra’s electric pump and is looking for a manual breast pump as i’m intending to breastfeed exclusively. Thanks in advance mummies! 😊👍#advicepls

Hi mama, Manual breast pumps didn’t work for me personally but I’ve heard the Hegen one and the Philips Avent is not bad. Some mums swear by the Medela too.
