Have seen in baby food charts that spinach rec for 8-10months, I wonder how strict are these charts.. anyone tried giving spinach purée to your 6 month olds? Thanks!
I did! I bought those frozen spinach balls because it is so convenient. If you buy fresh ones, after puree also one serving only. But frozen one, 1 ball = 1 serving already. :)
