Lymph nodes breast

HAVE YOU EXPERIENCE LYMPH NODES OR KULANI ON YOUR BREAST. I AM BREASTFEEDING MY BABY FOR 1 year and 2 months na po. Suddenly my na feel akong pain sa breast ko, and whenever I touch it masakit siya. Pero meron parin naman pong gatas lumalabas. Everytime I touch it masakit talaga siya. I suspect Lymph nodes siya. Anyone experience this po?
